OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

EARLIER THIS WEEK I HAD A SERVICE REP COMETO MY HOME BECAUSE COMCAST SAW A TECHNICAL PROBLEM WITH MY SERVICE AT THEIR OFFICE( PROACTIVE) AND THEY SENT A SERVICE REO BY THE NAME OF ISRAEL TO REVIEW MY CONNECTIONS ETC.

ISRAEL SHOULD BE CLONED AND EVERY COMPANY SHOULD HAVE A SERVICE REP LIKE HIM.

HE IS ONE OF THE MANY REASON'S I CONSIDER COMCAST #1 . HE WENT THE EXTRA MILE AND FOUND A PROBLEM IN MY CABLE LINE AND THIS WAS A PROACTIVE MOVE ON COMCAST PART AND DID NOT COST ME A DIME

THANK YOU COMCAST AND THANK YOU FOR BEING SMART ENOUGH TO HIRE SOMEONE LIKE ISRAEL.
