Not having any luck finding a new plan via website

Hello,

We were informed that my Dad's 2 year contract is expiring. The offerings on the website are either hidden (ie it says 3 plans but only 2 show, etc) or are indicating the only choices are to pay more for fewer channels. I get that rates increase, but it seems kind of extreme to me.

Are there any packages that are comparable to what he has now? The phone part of the bundle is entirely unused and not needed, so no need to include it unless it yields a more reasonable rate.

I'm also getting an error message.  It's not listing ANY plans and I get this

My contract will be up soon and I need to downgrade because my husband retired and we are now on a fixed income.   

 

Can't reach customer service.  Web site not responding.  I don't know what to do 😞
