Non stop problems

Hello I don't even know if this is the right spot to write this. I'm a new customer, 2 or 3 months now and I literally have had problem after problem with Ccomcast. I'm at my witts end. It started right from day one with the install as soon as the tech left I noticed that I wasn't getting incoming calls. That was a red flag, next problem was international calling which still as yet to be fixed now it's the tv. The main box keeps switching off the HDMI 1 signal. A tech came out last week and went through 3 boxes. Worked for a week or so and now the same issue. I've lost count how many calls I have to them in these few months!!!. And try getting through to someone who actually speaks English!!!!! What a nightmare. I wish I never switched to comcast. Worst decision ever
