I cannot resolve my issue. I've posted twice in the forums but received no response. I need to change my auto payment method and I'd like to change my plan but there is no way to do this. No number I can call. No email I can send. My account is not setup properly in your system. I can login but not do anything. I'm not recognized. Help! You have my contact info in your system - as you are able to bill me. Please call or email.
If you don't I won't be able to pay and will cancel my service.
