No way to contact an agent.

I need to transfer service to a new address and I can't get a reply through the social media or on the forums. Please assist me.

I’m moving today and am having the same problem not being able to get ahold of anyone to transfer service.. or the website not working for the past several days. Can you please help me out ComcastMichael? Thanks!
