No service

We moved into our home in North Port only to find out the home has not had Comcast since 2017. They still played the charade of giving us equipment and having us due a self install now 6 days later no service. We were told by an agent on chat on Monday we would have service on 48 hours. We are being billed now for 6 days with no service and no resolution. If we do not have service by close if business today their equipment will be dropped off at their office and we want our $50 dollar deposit back. After this fiasco they owe us either a month free or a free premium package. I work from home and have been unable to do so thanks Comcast 4 days no pay. You can contact me via email
