No response from Comcast employees

I posted a message on the forum. A Comcast employee invited me to contact him or her vis private message. I did and in that message I outlined my issue. It had to do with service that was supposed to be included in my plan but was not being provided to me. I never received a response.

You actually posted your information publicly in response to the Official Employee and it was removed for your own security. Go back to that thread and send it privately to the Employee trying to help you.

I have done that. On 2/4. 2/6 and again togay, No response.

Hit the wrong key. Meant to say " 2/4, 2/6 and today"
