No rebates yet for mobile phones ordered in September 2018.
I ordered 4 phones in September 2018. I've received rebates on two of the four phones in December 2018.
On December 12 th 2018, I inquired about the status of the remaining two and was told they are valid and the requests were escalated.
On January 3rd I inquired about the status and was told again by the customer service operator he/she had no idea why it was not showing and promised to escalate again to the escalation team.
On Wednesday, January 16th I chatted in the chat window and was given the same pep talk about the request being valid, no idea why the rebate was not mailed, and escalating the priority of the request. I was also told that a customer service representative would quickly get in touch with me.
I am still waiting and waiting and waiting for either the checks (two rebate checks of $150 each) or some customer service rep to get in touch with me.
