Hello, this problem has been going on for over a month. We bought a home and need wires run by a construction crew to the pole outside of our house and no one has done this in over a month. No one will call me. No one will give me an update. No one will do the work. We go back to our jobs (work from home) on Sunday (8/16/20) and NEED THIS DONE. I have called dozens of times and all they do is send out techs that can’t do anything because I need the construction crew to install and run wires. We are very upset at the handling of these issues and need it corrected and completed immediately so we do not lose our jobs. Please if someone can reach out to me directly this is an emergency at this point and I am very upset at the handling of the problem and the time it has taken so far.
I have escalated this concern to a Comcast Employee to further assist.

When will I have an answer or someone contact me? My family has been without internet almost a week and absolutely no one talks to me about it. I can no longer use the 800 number to get through to anyone, as it blames Covid and then automatically hangs up. This needs to be corrected immediately and I expect some type of fast resolution otherwise I would expect Comcast to pay for our lost time from work
