I signed up for xfinity internet at my current address a few weeks ago. Got service right away, no problems. Today I noticed that it was dropped and when I go to my account it says I no longer have xfinity service at this address. All the bills have been paid and the equipment is set up and in place. I never received any notice of changes to my account or service. When I contact the help line or use the online services I get the run around and nothing helps. Please help me resolve this issue.
