How come we don't have home phone/landline service or no dial tone? my husband said our phone bills have been paid, home phone, cell phones. What's your phone # for customer service so I can ask directly or talk /speak directly, person to person, to customer service to find out if it has to do with bill pay or cable connections or maybe they're doing some repairs in the area/ community???? Maybe then, I can get an answer or find out what's going on and when service will be restored?? Thank you.
