No internet technician, no appointment, no contact....

Hello Comcast and forums,

We signed up to Xfinity and scheduled an appointment for Friday 9/13 afternoon. The technicians never showed up. And we were never notified of anything. And we could not get through to customer service.

We tried login in our account but it says that it is cut being set up (has been for the past three days). And we cannot schedule a callback (error message saying "we're having some trouble scheduling your callback").

So essentially we're left with no internet and no way to contact Xfinity to schedule an install.

Not off to a great start.

What can we do ? Can you reach us asap ?
