No information on account set up and no way to contact customer support

 I purchased an internet package with Xfinity yesterday, and today my account is still being set up with no way to activate Internet. I have no way to contact customer support, as my phone number isn't attached to an account yet. Does anyone have any information on how long account set up is supposed to take? I read online that this process should take ~5-30 minutes.
