No email and my phone number doesn't match the account I set up yesterday?

I recently paid $100 deposit yesterday I got the written confirmation number down the service representative said I would get an email stating what my phone number would be because I'm getting internet phone so far no email and when I called 1 800 Comcast it says my phone number does not match any account I'm very confused!

Hello Steve1115. I can assist with reviewing your account and order for service. If there is a pending order open, there should be a phone number listed in the order. Please send me a private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can access your account.
