I moved to a new address recently and had a service technician come out to connect us. He told me there's not tap on the property, and they'll have to bring one over from the property next door. I was told I'd receive a call in a couple days to let me know when it was happening, but that was Sunday and I still haven't heard anything. I've called customer support multiple times and either been told to give it more time or the support specialist didn't understand what I was talking about and set up another technician visit.
tl;dr - I need a tap constructed at my new address and can't seem to get any help with it. If someone knowledgeable could contact me that would be great, I don't want to cancel my service.
