No confirmation email/can't find order status

No confirmation email/can't find order status

I upgraded my services yesterday, but never received a confirmation email. I called and the rep said I had to confirm something, which I did. I still haven't received an email, and I can't find any order status (a tv box is getting shipped to me, but since I can't see the order status, who knows if it will ever get sent out lol). Is my upgrade still pending or...??

I apologize for any issues you have experienced. I can confirm that your order is being processed. Once your equipment has shipped you will receive an email confirming the tracking number. If you do not receive this information please feel to reach back out and I can supply that information for you. Also you will not receive a confirmation email for the change of service until the order has been fully processed. Your upgrade is not scheduled to complete until 11/09/2016. If you have any other questions or concerns please reply back.

I have also now placed 2 separate orders online to add 2 additional tv boxes. I get an order # when finished but no email confirmation, way to find the order # to check status or is it listed in my activity that I ordered anything. Order# 17122012481210. Guess I'll chat with a rep to see what O can find out.
