No communication about Xfi complete scan

No communication about Xfi complete scan

I'm supposed to be getting emails about some sort of home wifi evaulation for that whole Xfi complete thing. I've called the help line and they said it's SUPPOSED to be running and would be done by today but no emails, no nothing. I've never gotten a single email about the program existing and not one about any kind of status update on it.

Is this a common issue? As I supposed to be calling the help line every day to get an update on the package I'm paying for?
