I have been reviewing these blogs and since I became a Comcast customer I have yet to be able to log into My Account, it either tells me there is an error try back later, or the three dots sit there for a while spinning, then it logs me out. Can someone give me a fix to this. You cannot tell me the network has been down for five months. I have tried logging in using Chrome and Internet Explorer.
What else do I need to do to access My Account the rest of your website?
