I've been getting paperless statements for awhile now and had both email and text alerts turned on for new statement ready. But I did not receive an alert this month, email or text, and it's a week past when I should have received an alert. I received alerts in April. I went into settings a toggled alerts off and back on again and saved it just to make sure it wasn't some issue with the settings.
I can review your account to see if this was somehow disabled on the backend. Can you please verify your first and last name, full street address, and the phone number or account number associated with your services in a private message?
