No-Showed For Appointment

I recently signed up for Comcast service and the technician didn’t show up in the appointment window (or at all) to drop off the TV boxes and check the outside connection. When I try to call to speak to an agent, it goes in circles and eventually they tell me to go to xfinity.com. This is ludicrous.
