My internet and cable have been out since Wednesday. When speaking with support Wednesday evening we were told the problem was at the pole and the appointment set up on Friday would NOT need access to our home. (I told two different support techs no one would be home and was told it would not be an issue.) When we returned on Sunday, we still did not have service. After being on hold and working with support for almost 2 hours, my call was esculated to a supervisor. The supervisor called back around 7 last night to say a tech would be at our house between 8 and 10 this morning. I have been on the phone for over 4 hours today trying to get assistance -- I've been disconnected 3 times and was on hold for over 1 1/2 hours with no response whatsoever. I need this resolved ASAP and stop getting false information. WHO CAN HELP?????
