Since Nov. 2017 customer support promised me a credit of $70 for a service call. Each month, my comcast bill does not reflect the promised credit. Each month, each comcast rep had promised the credit would reflect the next bill. Now the latest rep and supervisor had promised the credit for my Feb - March bill. Can somone confirm I will receive this credit? We are pushing 4 months into this. I am really not a fan of taking my personal time and effort of calling customer support every month since November. I hope this can be finally resolved.
