Like many posts I see here, I have not received the $200 gift card that was promised when signing up for xfinity service. I have had the service for more that six months now, and still the card has not been sent as contracted.
On December 20, 2017 I had a conversation with Ryana in customer service who assured me that the problem had been fixed and that I would receive the card within 7 to 10 days.
Here we are, and still no card.
