So, we have an appointment and we have a ground cable outside that's broken. This was broken due to a tornado and we just never got it fixed xause we didn't use ComCast. Me and my fiance moved in here and wanted to use comcast but I wanted to know. Since the cable was broken already, should it be free because it's also outside? I read an article and it said he was charged when he shouldn't have been. Then an Xfinity employee replied and said that was true. So, I feel like this is kinda the same. Broken cord not due to our part. So the repairs should be free... right?
