Nightmare!!

Worst service ever!! You can tell they have no competition and they want it that way. Their customer service is terrible I was on the phone for three hours today trying to change my service. They then told me I have to disconnect Service for 90 days and order to get my son Internet for school. They have gave me the runaround for years now, tell me my service will be 49.99 then it's never 49.99 after all their charges closer to $100. Now that I have no service for 90 days I will be looking for a new company any company would beat this one. I would rather have dial-up than Comcast. Next I will be contacting better business bureau. I work for a huge company also They would never let our customer service be those poor we cater to our customer unlike this company. Please somebody give them competition teach them how to run a real business .
