We just bought a house and Comcast is an available service. When we try to sign up for an Xfinity bundle, the website tells me that our address is a business address. It definitely isn't -- our house is the only thing at that address.
How can we get our address classified as a residential address in Comcast's system?

Hi @ComcastMorgan I am having the same issue. My son is moving into a loft, as he gets ready to go back to College, but the address is registered as a business. I couldn't find the option to PM you by clicking your name. Can you help me resolve this? I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you
