New home not in service area

I am a current Xfinity customer and I am moving about 10 miles away. I am just now finding out that our new home is not in the Xfinity service area. Can anything be done to get service extended to our new home? I work from home and my company has an arrangement with Xfinity so we would have a business line and personal. My company does not allow satellite for our VPN and I'm worried now that moving to our dream home is going to impact my career. My home office is half way across the country so going into the office is not an option for me. Please help!

You could do a site survey and see how close service actually is and how much it would cost you to extend service if it’s close enough. This can be a long process so plan for an appropriate back up
