I recently signed up for internet service with Comcast. I was guaranteed by the salesperson that service could be provided. I received my packet and installed the equipment. 2 weeks and 3 technicians later I still don't have service. The last technician to come by told me that I needed to put in a ticket with Comcast's construction division, and ask for an underground drop. I tried several times to do this with no success. How do I contact the construction division?
