How does a long time loyal customer receive the same bandwidth/price as a new customer?
I've been with Comcast so long that I'm paying $25 additional dollars per month(started at $19.95/mo) for the same bandwidth I received when I started the service...3mbps.
A new customer in my area can now receive "up 100mbps for $40."
How can I receive this same deal? I was told by a service rep to "cancel my service, then sign back up as a new customer in a month or so." This seems extremely odd to me and would rather find another ISP that takes care of there loyal customers.
I would love to hear someone's thoughts to my inquiry.
