New customer/Your account is no longer active

Hi, 

I have the same issue as here https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Customer-Service/New-Customer-Account-no-longer-active/m-p/3233073. I didn't setup my modem yet (planning to do that next week) and I have been using just hotspots. Yesterday, my Xfinity account start to say "Your account is no longer active" and I cannot connect anymore. I have setup the payments to go from my credit card.
