New customer - Technician needed to connect service.
I recently signed up for the 1000mb internet plan and had a technician come by and drop off the self install kit. He did not call or mention anything and left after looking at the connection box outside my house. I later got an email saying that a new line needed to be dropped and buried in my yard and that I would get updates on the progress.
A comcast contractor came and buried a new line and told me it needed to be connected to my house and then he left. The line is not connected and just sitting next to the junction box outside of my home. I have not received any updates from comcast about the progress of getting connected. How do I get someone out to connect my service now that a new line has been placed? I have had no luck getting any answers so far.
