New construction home address is not recognized

I want to get cable/internet service at a new contruction home address but the Xfinity system does not recognize it. I've spoken with the Movers Department and they confirmed that they offer service at that address but they didn't have access to the online promotional packages. They recommend I speak with the Sales Department.

 

Anyone know who to call to add an address to the Xfinity database?
