New address is not serviceable but neighbor has access

Recently i was forced to terminate my account and paid for termination fees although I never wanted to, just wanted to transfer service but now I no longer have active services.

Xfinity support staff says that there is a ticket number but has failed the 5 times ive visited and chatted with them to provide details or any updates other than, “sorry we dont have any updates, check back in a few weeks..”

I want to get service but keep being told that my home isn’t servicable although my neighbor next door has service? How is this even a legitimate explanation when there’s an Xfinity box where the house meters are? I can see where the techs have pulled the line from. Can someone actually come out and service my address?
