Hi. I signed up for Xfinity Internet online, and received my order confirmation. I'm unable to login with the links; after the two-step verification with my cell phone number or email, I get an error message saying:
Please, can someone help me detach my phone number from my old account so I can get in to my new account? @ComcastAlly maybe? Online chat is useless, and I could not get through to a phone representative.
