Can you check to make sure I'm not on your new 6/1 plan? 6 days of service and 1 day of outages!!!
Oh, but "check your cable connections"! I'm so tired of that! Blame the customer, but you know full well that the problem is on your end!! I'm sitting here with an outage that said "unexpected outage" until 3am. Now it says "planned outage" until 6am. Well, which is it?? How can it become planned after it was an unexpected outage? Please, tell me.
