I called in and spoke to someone today on behalf of my grandparents. They are located in Parma, Michigan. The lady I spoke with said they're in a "non-serviceable" area and that there are various other tickets that have been placed for the 49269 zip code. I'm wondering how their area can be "non-serviceable" when the neighbors literally right behind them and across the street have Comcast service? Who can I speak to about this issue? I've also called and spoke to all the service providers in the area, and no one provides service to their address. Due to the neighbors that I mentioned above, one would assume that their area IS serviceable by you.
