How do I get cable installed on a new telephone pole and then run to an existing house? I have made THREE attempts to have this done, scheduled appointments, talked to field technicians and explained what needed to be done. Each time the wrong type of ticket has been generated and the work cannot be completed. I have been trying since September to have this done. Today I had an appointment scheduled and the same thing happened, the tech showed up and said he couldn't do it because the wrong work ticket was generated. He said he would get me a new ticket and call me back, but never did. I called Customer Service again, explained the situation and they routed me through the process AGAIN, said a Tech would call me back between 1-2 and I NEVER got a call. I am beyond frustrated. My newest ticket number is 050188643. I need this resolved.
