As a new member I rec'd an e-mail from Xfinity for a new Apple IPad for $5.00 monthly charge added to my bill - I accepted the offer & have rec'd no notication since then - was it a valid offer - will you ship me an IPad?
It's a legitimate deal and a pretty good one too.

I had the same issue occur! After a visit to the Xfinity store and 4 phone calls to Xfinity, I found an agent in the wifi iPad care department who was able to view my order. Luckily, I had taken a picture of the confirmation screen/order number with my phone! The agent told me that I will receive the confirmation email once the iPad has shipped. Since I placed my order on Saturday, 9/30, the order was still "in process".

@comcastzach - I am curious as well. I ordered 3/17 and received an email saying "We are working on your order" along with a retail installment agreement for the $5 a month - I have heard nothing since.
