New Home - Construction Team Department

Good Evening, we are very frustrated because we have been waiting for the construction team more than 8 weeks. Every time we call Comcast no one seems to know what is going on or how to get in touch with the construction team. Our address shows as "not serviciable," but comcast already clarified that this is not true. We just need to get connected to the pole. My neighboor on the left side has comcast and my neighboor on my right has comcast. In order to connect us, they need to run the cable to the pole and connect us to the pole box. It seems that one of the boxes is full and the other box is more than 200 meters. Comcast has assured us that someone is working on it, but they don't know who or how to get in touch with them. The last update on our ticket number was 3 weeks ago. We just need help and talk to someone who can give us an answer.
