New Customer - New cable install

Tech came yesterday to run a line from the pole to the house.  He sat in the empty lot next to the house and did nothing, didn't even come to the door.  Work Order 1727573.  I can't get into chat to check on this, scheduled a call and have been waiting for over 30 min.  Does anything work?  I can't get the address on my account corrected until this is done.  This should never had happened.  The correct address should be on a new customers account whether or not they have been a customer before.  I have no idea how to schedule the in house install because I can't do anything when I sign in.  This is pretty unacceptable.
