New Custom Home Service

We are building a new home nearby our existing home. Several months ago after leaving messages and calling Comcast dozens of times, we finally reached someone who said they would submit serviceability request.   After several weeks we did not hear and we contacted Comcast again.  They said service would not be possible.  HOWEVER, I have spoken to all of our neighbors (both sides and front and back, all up and down our street) and everyone has Comcast.  How can i get Comcast servcice?  We don't have anything ususual about our site, it's not in the middle of nowhere, it's just a 2 acre lot on a public county road.

I escalated it up to get a another survey but in the end it’s the construction team’s call. If it gets denied again, they’re the ones you’ll have to discuss it with.

Hi there, missysoo. We appreciate you coming here for support! I would be happy to submit another serviceability request to get a second opinion. However - Andrew is right that if it gets denied again, there won't really be another route we can take.
