New Construction

I am signing the contract on a new construction tomorrow, Xfinity is in the area but not at this house yet, is there anyway I can submit a ticket to get our house set up? Or is there anyway to pay comcast to come run a line to our house?

There is a ruralcoop but they are so rude, and so unhelpful I am doing whatever I can to not use them at all! The coop told me they couldnt give me a date on wiring, I told her that I didnt need a definate date I just needed to know becasue my husband works from home, and she told me "I told you I dont know, what don't you understand."  SO RUDE

Re: New Construction

You’ll need a site survey done first. It’s been escalated to an official employee to help you out

Re: New Construction

Hi u/purcellmadelyn,

Congratulations on the new home! Thank you for using the Xfinity Forums to get assistance in determining whether or not your address is serviceable. I'd like to apologize for the experience you had when speaking to that representative. That isn't the way we want our customers or potential customers to be treated. You've come to the best place for help. I can assist you by submitting the site survey @CCAndrew mentioned.
