I, like many people on this forum before me, am having extreme difficulty in getting answers for service on a new construction. In reading past posts, I need to private message a comcast employee for them to verify my information but since I am a new user I am not allowed to do so. Can an employee please reach out to me so that I can provide my information? Thanks.
