New Construction home, no service

New Construction home, no service

Hello - I need to be connected with someone who can connect a line from the pole to my home.  A tech visited 12 days ago and said that a supervisor would send out someone to do this but I've heard nothing.  Its been over a month since my initial call.  Please advise
