Question - I have been working with customer service for the last three weeks trying to get a straight answer on how to get a technician out to a new construciton home. I did put in a servicability request and that was excepted. Now the new construciton home needs wiring (from the pole to the home). Every tech/service adgent I speak with has no idea what I am taking about. I just want to find out where comcast will be putting the wiring/where my junction box will be located and if the wires will be burried or above ground. I want to have my home properly wired before I move in. I am just trying to get a straight answer. Ideally I just want a tech agent to come out and tell me where the wiring will be. I do have a comast account and I will be transfering it. But I do not want to transfer my service until I know the wiring is correctly installed externally.
