I'm having trouble getting someone over to my new construction home to survey and figure out if we are eligible for service. I have a call set up with the department just to talk about it, then someone will schedule a survey. All of our neighbors have xfinity so I don't understand why we have to go through the whole process. We need a phone line put in asap to pass an inspection for our residential elevator and we can't move into the house until that is done. Can anyone help? Thanks.
