I moved into a new construction home from an apartment with Xfinity service. When I called to transfer service, I was told that the home has Xfinity service, but the address just needs to be added into the system. After the address was added, I called again to transfer the service. Unfortunately, I was told that the location was unserviceable. I was told the same thing when visiting an Xfinity store. My neighbors have Xfinity service and I was told this house has Xfinity service prior to the address being added to the system. Any suggestions?
