New Construction - Can't get any updates as to when house will be serviceable
I have been trying since the beginning of the month to get service to my new construction home. Tickets were entered to get my address added, get survey work done, and complete any necessary construction to get the home "serviceable". The last update I recieved was that there is minor construction required, but no one can tell me when this will be completed. We have closed on the house at this point, and I am extremely frustrated as I work from home and have had to commute 45 minutes to a local office to work. My fiancee is also an online full time student and cannot do any of her school work. We purposely started this process ahead of closing to avoid these unecessary delays. No matter how I contact Xfinity (in store, Twitter, chat, etc.) no one can give me any solid information.
