Network outages

I have had at least 5 network outages in the past two weeks ranging anywhere from 10 minutes to 4 hours. I am not even sure how to label this company. It is extremely unprofessional not to resolve this ongoing issue with when many are working from home and relying on the service that they pay for heftily to do so. It is now beyond disappointment to me actually looking at alternative plans. By now, 7 months into this pandemic this company should realize that many of their customers are relying on their internet service for remote work and this needs to be uninterrupted. If this was a monopoly one can understand their lax attitude but given that there is a more than capable competitor in the wings just waiting for this business, why would you not attempt to resolve issues that occur with this level of frequency? Extremely angry at this point.
