I ordered a x1 internet & tv package on 9/28/19. I did it because I read in the X1 info that Netflix came with ALL X1 PACKAGES. My tv box came today, I installed it then started browsing. Of course Netflix isn't opening. I called & was told Netflix isn't included. I read it Was included 2/3 weeks ago, then I read it last Thurs & checked again Sat before signing up for the X1 starter pro double play. You tube is suppose to also be included & also asked an agent when I called Sunday night. The agent said yes both are Included. To say I'm Extremely Angry is putting it mildly. If xfinity doesn't add it to my account for free I'll cancel all of my services & post what they did on every social media out there. I hate companies who don't do what they say they're going to do. I won't do business with them either. I hope cpalmer... was helped & received Netflix. I do hope they correct the mistake on my account immediately.
